Are you all suggesting that they should euthanize a child? Where is the line? My son has a brain injury caused by hyperammonemia. He needed a liver transplant. Should I have stopped seeking medical care for him and let him die? When someone’s life doesn’t look like mine or yours, that does NOT make it less worthy of being lived.

Shame on these comments. Disability bring challenges yes, but that doesn’t mean life isn’t worth living! If this little boy could fight through this then I doubt he’ll struggle too much going through life without a couple limbs! He’s a little badass!!

I had a patient who was a quadruple amputee from sepsis, and she had the best outlook on life and did more for herself than quite a lot of my other patients. Prayers for this little man 💙
