I think if free social media has proved is if law enforcement uses anything to hurt or mame or unaliive some one they will. I think immunity should be pulled from its entirety and the industry be rebuilt from the ground up. Get rid of all the bad apples.

An actively complying person should not get a beat down, period. He pulled over and had his hands up, he was actively complying at that point and made no actions to show differently afterwards.
