I’m pretty sure you never mix hydrogen peroxide and vinegar together it creates paracetic acid

I've been using it about a mth but haven't noticed much change, I don't have skin issues really but may be a bit softer skin is the only thing. I'm using it on my son's back for back acne, no change there either but it can take a few mths before that changes so I'm hopeful! 😁

Not sure if it’s placebo affect, but I have less hot flashes or not as intense. Only used twice, still waiting to see conclusive results. Glad tho, I’ll take less hot flashes any time. Especially since we’re having a heatwave here in CA.
