I noticed when I first started using a hoop that I would spin it fast like a hula hoop and no results. I went through many hoops in doing that. I realized recently that they are not meant for that. I have lost more inches slowly hooping and acting like I am walking while hooping than I ever did acting like it was a hula hoop, if that makes any sense.

iI have asked this before and will continue to ask until answered. Will some PLEASE show the hoop being put on and removed after use?? For those with very little hand strength, it won't matter how soft the plastic is. If I don't have the strength to open the links to remove them, It does me no good for it to sit in a box or hang on a wall as a decoration.
