Murasakibara wouldnt work well with Datekos organized fortress. Hes too much of a talent. A team with great offense like Mujinazaka would fit him as he could take care of defense while Kiryu can hit any sets (a prodigy setter would hinder him) Midoriyama could go to Itachiyama to set for Sakusa. Aomine would take over Nohebi. Kise would be Jozenjis ace since they like to have fun and he can do it while copying everyone. Kagami (and maybe kuroku) could join Wakutani as the underdog to beat Datekos wall (cuz of Kagamis jumps) and a cannon battle against Ushiwaka

Murasakibara would probably go to Shiratorizawa. Dateko is good but they're honestly pretty weak, he wouldn't settle for Dateko. Dateko's system also requires patience and discipline, something Murasakibara would probably be too lazy to have. On the other hand, Shiratorizawa just wants insane talent, Murasakibara would fit right in.
