Warrensburg has some delicious local restaurants.. a lovely farmers market.. some amazing local coffee shops. We have quite a few downtown shops. We have 2 bowling alleys.. a movie theater… tons of churches and banks 🤣

Walking trails in the burg/knob state park/powell garden/farmers market/breweries. KC has the WW1 museum which has beautiful scenery of the skyline. Fantastic picnics. Pizza Tascio/KC Craft/ J rieger/holladay distillery/tons of sporting/events. I could go on. Branson is 3 hours south, dogwood canyon… Arkansas is beautiful, Ozarks. Chicago is 8 hours. Louisville is 7 hours. St Louis is 3 hours.

I got so bored I started WALKING as a hobby 😭 I go to cave hollow and Knob Knoster state park trails when I need something to do. Otherwise EVERYTHING is in Lees Summit/KC

There are places to hike and camp in Knob State Park. Trails in Cave Hollow. They have adult sports available through Warrensburg Parks and Rec including Basketball, Volleyball, Pickleball, Softball. Farmers Market through summer. Burg Fest is coming. UCM has sports and theater shows you can attend. Live music a the coffee shops and speakeasy downtown. Follow the Warrensburg Main Street page on FB to get event details as they put on a ton of events throughout the year. There is a fun bar crawl in December.

Legends Gym. For 12 years I worked out on base cause it was free.. I have seen more gains in last 12 months at legends than I did in 12 years at base gym. There is a difference with working out with people that want to be at the gym vs being told to be there

Depends on what you're into, but I feel like one of the burg's best kept secrets is the arcade. Retrograde is definitely worth checking out.
