This is a very sensitive topic for me. Despite everything she's been through she still tries to help you. She warns you to be careful and that he's approaching. I always give Therese the necklace because even if there is a small chance she can be freed then I gotta take that chance.

Troika Games just appeared to give us this absolute gem of a game and then dissappear forever. The vibe during this quest is unmatched. Something about facing horrors as a monster yourself... so good.
