OK, first of all, she’s not a feral cat. She’s considered a stray. I do TNR. I know what a feral is. and second of all. Live humane traps work just have to get the good brands. Like true catch and tomahawk.

I am so grateful for the trappers!!! I don’t have the time or patience for it but I foster them once they are trapped and need some TLC before adoption ❤️❤️

I feed wildlife at night and for the past month I have a cat. He/she comes everyday at the same time, is fine with wildlife and is fine hearing my inside dog bark but if I get close the cat will run. I bought a trap but it won’t go in. I need a drop trap. I want to love her and get her medical care.

Do you transfer her to another trap after the drop one?? I want to buy one but I don’t want to miss anything I need 😩 I also rehomed a lot of this mama cats kittens and have that regular trap that doesn’t work for older cats 😒

If you’re going to try to get her adopted, I would stop calling her feral. She seems to be a stray cat, rubbing on you. For the regular traps, they have to touch the plate hard enough to trigger it- I usually use a bottle with a string tied to it to prop the door open instead and pull it when the right cat is inside all of the way. Drop traps are expensive and most rescues don’t have a lot of them to lend out so regular traps might be all people have to work with

I need this. I have a young lady whose 8 babies I’ve been caring for. We're moving in a few months, and I don’t know what to do. I feed them every morning and evening. They will not let me touch them.
