watching this movie will be a lot of people's first time realizing that the culture shown in movies is not 100% representative of the real life culture and that's a good thing because they will never look at any cultural based media the same.

Yes, you're right about the Mythical creatures they used in the movie. Directors said sa isang interview na they chose it na medyo malapit sa alam ng mga tao na "Werewolves, Vampires, etc" yung mga characters to avoid being "alienated" or mapapatanong sila kung ano/sino yun, but completely Filipino depiction. . Also. natatawa ako dun sa mga mga puna ng tao na "Bakit daw "Tayo Na! ang ginamit, ang weird", then bakit ginagamit ang salitang "Tao?" kailan pa naging weird ang wika natin, di ba? And also yung "This is not a Filipino movie", like WHAT??

they really want them to be "that" accurate na para bang hindi eto meant for kids, gusto nyo ba talagang traumahin yung mga bata😭😭😭
