Obviously, nobody in the comments have worked in retail now if a grade school shoe has a little kids price on it. It was a mistake so they can honor it but literally saying hey I could only do this one time and one time only that’s it now if it’s a little shoe with a grade school price that has to be fixed too mistakes happening in retail things can be over written, but a manager has to do it the fact that the young lady didn’t want to do it she just dead ass wrong.

The employees straight lied. They can call customer service, a manager could have changed the price, and they are supposed to honor the price because they failed to remove the sales tag.
