Bacon cheeseburger rice skillet #easymeals #cheeseburger #rice #skillet Ingredients -1 Ib ground beef -2 tbsp butter -1/2 diced up sweet onion -1 tbsp minced garlic -2 cups instant rice -2 cups beef broth -18 oz can tomato sauce -3 tbsp ketchup -2 tbsp mustard -1 1/2 tsp of burger seasoning -1 tsp all purpose seasoning -1/2 tsp onion powder -1/2 tsp garlic powder -black pepper to taste -1/4 cup real bacon bits (plus some for topping) -1/2 cup cheese (plus some for topping). Instructions Add your butter to a hot skillet and let it melt. Then add in your onions and sauté for a few minutes. Then add in your ground beef and cook that until it's done. Add in your mixed garlic and instant rice and let that toast for a couple of minutes while you stir. Then add in your broth, tomato sauce, ketchup, mustard, and seasonings. Combine everything let that come to a boil cut the heat, cover it, and let it sit for 5 to 7 minutes until your rice is done. Fluff your rice up and add in your bacon bits and cheese. Stir it to melt your cheese and then top with a little more shredded cheese and bacon bits. It's ready to serve!
