I have reactive BPD, I will literally go into a state of limerence and think about all the horrible stuff ive been through at the hands of my stepdad and mom and I will quite literally end up looking like a statue with an empty stare but inside I am completely raging out. the internal reactiveness hurt worse than external. Youre literally screaming but in your head, you can feel it in your chest like your locked up with nowhere for the screams or rage to go. Anyway I start DBT next month so wish me luck 💀🤞
