Bill Gates was interviewed on CNN a few days ago about AI, and suddenly AI warnings seem to be exploding across the media. In my view, this is becoming about more than simply warning people about the risks of AI. I believe there is a push to take this powerful technology away from ordinary people or limit their access to it. AI is giving ordinary people capabilities that were once available mainly to large companies and powerful institutions. Big corporations are beginning to lose some of their traditional advantages—from the music industry and Hollywood to finance and IT. AI gives ordinary people the knowledge and tools to create, build businesses, compete, innovate, and accomplish things that once required large teams, enormous budgets, and powerful corporations. That is what makes AI revolutionary: ordinary people now have access to extraordinary capabilities. We should address genuine AI risks, but we should not use fear as an excuse to take that power away from the public and put it exclusively in the hands of governments and giant corporations.

These models are not intelligent, and they do not reason in the way humans do. That is the biggest problem with this whole narrative. Only people who don’t actually work with these systems can believe they are independently reasoning. They are still, at their core, probabilistic models that rely heavily on human guidance and guardrails to keep them from doing absurd or harmful things. What we are seeing is not artificial intelligence suddenly developing autonomy, as some would have us believe. What we are seeing is people deliberately removing the guardrails and then presenting the resulting behavior as if the models were choosing to do these things entirely on their own. What I really want to know is: what is the larger objective behind selling this narrative?

Am sure AI will do good and money will become useless in the nearest future cause robots will do everything and avail abundance in the market place. Robots don't need money to do work, this means we gonna have enough time to be with our families and think right about humanity than being busy with industrious work and forgetting the purpose of humanity
