I broke this down into four steps because often times one hack or coping strategy may not be enough for you. I find that if we start with step one, we can move onto the next step until we find that we’re regulated. Of course if you find that by step 2 or 3 that you’re fine then you may not need to follow through with all four steps. #panicattacksupport #panicattacks #anxietyhelp #therapytok
