I stopped smoking consistently for over a year back in 2024. Picked up smoking again and noticed each time I got high. My anxiety got really high with it. I would get into a spiral of negative thoughts that made me feel insecure and shameful and just really bad about myself all this time I thought that being high was messing up my dopamine receptors or whatever makes my brain feel good. I wonder if those were spiritual attacks that I was falling victim to the entire time.

This happened to me recently! It was horrible. I use to smoke weed regularly years ago and now I do it once every few months but this last couple of times have been terrible. As soon as I got out of it, I very much knew it was demonic energy coming into my frequency because the thoughts and emotions were SO negative and how I usually feel.

And you know what’s crazy! The other day I finally decided to tap back into my gifts and start with my solar plexus but for some reason it felt like I was separated from that part of me and it’s crazy because I’ve been saying to myself it’s almost like I have been separated or removed from my gifts like we are 2 different people idk how else to explain it! This is so freaking weird!!

I think this just happened to me 😩 I didn’t protect myself before heading to an event. I got hella drunk after not drinkin much and I was NOT myself. Life has been so good. After that day it’s been spiraling out of control. Now I’m super sick with a viral bug. I’ve been meditating trying to get this shit up off me.

Breath work can easily push out ego energy…I’ve had it happen several times and each time, i notice it immediately and start my breathing exercise. While I’m breathing, each long breath out I give thanks for something. After 10-20 breaths and gratitude you will feel yourself grounding. ❤️
