@popthatmumma: Hey Poppy, I just wanted to let you know I had the labour and birth of my dreams, and welcomed my little rainbow baby boy into the world on Sunday. It was the most incredible water birth! All the meditations and guidance were so helpful, and I felt so informed. When a secondary midwife tried to coach me through pushing (even though I was experiencing the fetal ejection reflex) I just tuned her out and listened to my body and allowed myself to feel the stretch and work with it. Your course is amazing and I’ll be recommending it to everyone! #oxytocinbubble #birth
