@judetheacupuncturist: You’ve relaxed your shoulders. But what about your face? 👀 If you’ve been staring at a screen with your jaw clenched and your brow furrowed, try this gentle acupressure break. Want more ways to bring acupressure into your day? Click the link in my bio! Start with these two neighbouring points: ✨ 1. Gallbladder 1 — beside the outer corner of your eye Find the small dip just beyond the outer corner, outside the eye socket. Using your fingertip, massage very gently for up to 90 seconds if comfortable. Never press on your eye. Think of this as your reminder to look away from the screen, breathe slowly and let your face soften. ✨ 2. Taiyang — at your temples Move slightly farther back to the hollows of your temples. Massage both sides with gentle, slow circles, keeping the pressure comfortable. This point is commonly used in acupressure for head tension. As you massage, let your teeth separate and your forehead relax. Keep your touch light and stop if anything feels uncomfortable. Make a little space for yourself today.
