Half the time it’s just a solid color sprayed edge with character art then they sell it for $10 more. I’m tiredddd y’all

I love the sprayed edges, they take longer to deteriorate and they don’t yellow like regular books:)💖

I don’t really like the block colours when they are just so random like the blue silver elite one?! I only want to collect ‘special edition’ books that are actually a special edition, not just a sprayed edge!

I do feel the fatigue but I also think because they’re easy to get now (many get reprints, or enough stock at launch anyway) nothing reallyyyy holds a higher value anymore which is a good thing as it means scalpers get bored! 🙌

I’m more sick of paying $50 for one book bc it’s a special edition. I don’t need an SE version of every book

I miss when special edition meant there was like, special/behind the scenes content or deleted scenes, stuff like that. Now most of the special editions don’t have any fun extras!:(

Too many spray edges. Nothing special anymore. The magic is gone for me.
