@__mihret__: Mini Churros🥖 Churros are popular fried-dough pastries that are crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, and coated in cinnamon sugar. 1. Make the Dough -Combine water, butter, sugar, and salt in a medium saucepan over medium heat. -Bring the mixture to a rolling boil until the butter melts completely. -Remove from heat and dump in all the flour at once. -Stir vigorously with a wooden spoon until a smooth dough ball forms. -Return the pan to low heat for about 30–60 seconds, stirring constantly, to dry out the paste slightly. -Transfer the dough to a bowl and let it cool for 3 to 5 minutes. -Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by the vanilla, mixing until the dough becomes smooth and glossy. 2. Shape and Fry -Fit a piping bag with a star tip (like an open star nozzle), If you don't have a piping bag you can use the method that I've used in the video and fill it with the warm dough. -Heat about 2 to 3 inches of neutral oil in a deep skillet or pot to 375°F–400°F (190°C–200°C). -Pipe strips of dough directly into the hot oil, using scissors to snip the end. -Fry in small batches for 2 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy. -Remove with a slotted spoon and drain briefly on paper towels. 3. Coat and Serve -Mix the sugar and cinnamon together in a shallow dish. -Roll the warm churros in the cinnamon-sugar mixture until evenly coated. -Serve immediately with warm chocolate ganache or strawberry jam. #cooking #churros #Foodie #fyp #foryoupage
