Please help me. I’ve had had alopecia since 2020. It aggressively started in March and by the end of April I was almost bald. As it was during pandemic I didn’t have access to doctors. I got some vitamins and also I have some thyroid problems but going those don’t bring my hair back. Throughout these 6 years I had growing periods but not fully and now I have a little spot the has hair other is bald. What can I do?? I went to a trichologist recently he said some of the hair follicles are dead😭😭😭😭 but he advices me to take hormonal supplements.
