That acting is top tier, I felt that when he said nah man i ain’t making myself clear, and im so happy Avon didn’t do him dirty at all , gave him money for the gym. Avon was a real one, and his downfall was corporate stringer.

You can tell with the look on his face Cutty knew there was a chance he wasn’t walking out of that room alive and he was ready to stand on it.

Character is what made he a man. The game showed us a lot that our parents didn’t. Doing time was a lesson in the making. Life was showing you the best when you’re on top. & I’m damn sure life was showing you, no one stops for you & what you going through. The ride still goes & doesn’t stop for no one one. It’s the one who’s willing to ride, willing to take & give. It takes a character, a man who’s willing to leave it all for a simple life. I remember in the 90s we clicked up & it was a bond because we were kids from a whole block of misguided parents. Time made us realize, we were just menos to them. Pero, ya sabiendo we were locos pero locos

He a man today.. It take courage and fearlessness to go to a man like Avon to tell him this and go free

This is one of the most beautiful and poignant scenes from this series. One of the themes being that many don’t see a viable alternative to what they’re doing, but nevertheless some of them recognize that there’s better out there. And fewer still, applaud anyone who tries to find that something better.
