⚡ AUXILIARY LED LIGHT WIRING 🔧 တပ်ဆင်ပုံ • အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ • အင်ဂျင်နီယာအသုံးအနှုန်းများ 🔩 အသုံးပြုမည့်ပစ္စည်းများ 💡 Auxiliary LED Light 🔌 4-Pin Relay — 30 / 85 / 86 / 87 🎛️ Rocker Switch 🔑 Ignition Switch 🔥 Fuse 🔋 12V Battery ⚫ Ground / Chassis 🔴🔵🟠🟡 Wiring Cable 🛠️ တပ်ဆင်ပုံ အဆင့်ဆင့် ① Battery (+) → Fuse → Relay Terminal 30 🔴 Battery Positive (+12V) မှ Fuse ဖြတ်ပြီး Relay ရဲ့ 30 သို့ ချိတ်ပါ။ 👉 Fuse က Short Circuit ဖြစ်လျှင် ကြိုးနှင့်ပစ္စည်းများ မပျက်စီးအောင် ကာကွယ်ပေးပါတယ်။ ② Relay 87 → LED Light (+) 🟡 Relay 87 မှ LED Light ရဲ့ Positive (+) သို့ ချိတ်ပါ။ 👉 Relay အလုပ်လုပ်သောအခါ 30 မှ 87 သို့ Current စီးပြီး LED မီးလင်းပါမယ်။ ③ LED Light (−) → Ground ⚫ LED Light ရဲ့ Negative (−) ကို Chassis Ground သို့ ချိတ်ပါ။ ④ Ignition (+12V) → Relay 86 🟠 Ignition Switch မှ +12V ကို Relay 86 သို့ ချိတ်ပါ။ 👉 Ignition ON ဖြစ်မှ Control Circuit အလုပ်လုပ်စေတဲ့ပုံစံ ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။ ⑤ Switch → Relay 85 🎛️ Rocker Switch မှ Control Line ကို Relay 85 သို့ ချိတ်ပါ။ 👉 Switch ON/OFF ဖြင့် Relay Coil ကို Control လုပ်ပြီး LED မီးကို ဖွင့်/ပိတ်နိုင်ပါတယ်။ ⑥ Relay 85/Coil Ground ကို စနစ်အလိုက် စစ်ပါ ⚠️ Relay အမျိုးအစားအလိုက် 85/86 polarity သတ်မှတ်ချက် ကွာနိုင်တာကြောင့် Relay ပေါ်က Diagram ကို အရင်စစ်ပါ။ ⚙️ အလုပ်လုပ်ပုံ 🔋 Battery (+) ⬇️ 🔥 Fuse ⬇️ 🔌 Relay 30 ⬇️ 🔌 Relay 87 ⬇️ 💡 LED Light ⬇️ ⚫ Ground တစ်ချိန်တည်းမှာ— 🔑 Ignition +12V → 🎛️ Switch → 🔌 Relay Coil (85/86) Switch ON လုပ်လိုက်တဲ့အခါ Relay Coil သံလိုက်အားဖြင့် Contact ကို ဆွဲပေးပြီး 30 → 87 Current လမ်းကြောင်း ပိတ်ဆက်ပေးပါတယ်။ ထို့နောက် LED Light လင်းလာပါတယ်။ 📌 အင်ဂျင်နီယာအသုံးအနှုန်း Battery = ဘက်ထရီ Fuse = လျှပ်စစ်ကာကွယ်ဖျူး Relay = လျှပ်စစ်ထိန်းချုပ်ခလုတ် Rocker Switch = ဖွင့်/ပိတ်ခလုတ် Positive (+) = အပေါင်း Negative (−) = အနှုတ် Ground / Chassis Ground = ကိုယ်ထည်မြေကြိုး Current = လျှပ်စီးကြောင်း Voltage = ဗို့အား Short Circuit = လျှပ်စစ်ဝါယာရှော့ Control Circuit = ထိန်းချုပ်လျှပ်စစ်ပတ်လမ်း Load Circuit = ဝန်ခံလျှပ်စစ်ပတ်လမ်း ⚠️ မှတ်ချက် — 12V System ဖြစ်ပါက LED Light ရဲ့ Watt/Current အလိုက် Fuse နှင့် Wire Size ကို သင့်တော်အောင် ရွေးချယ်ပါ။ 🔧 ZAYARMIN AGRICULTURAL MACHINERY SERVICE 🚜 Agricultural Machinery • Electrical • Hydraulic • Engine Service
