So easy and SO delicious! 🛒 Ingredients: • 3 tortilla wraps • 400 g ground turkey • 2 medium onions • 1 bell pepper • 2 garlic cloves • Sunflower oil • Salt, to taste • Black pepper, to taste • 1 egg • Grated mozzarella 👩‍🍳 Preparation: First, sauté the chopped onions in a little sunflower oil for 3–4 minutes. Add the minced garlic and diced bell pepper. Cook for another couple of minutes. Add 400 g of ground turkey, season with salt and black pepper, and cook until the meat is fully cooked and everything is nicely combined. Cut the 3 tortillas in half. Place some of the filling in the center of each tortilla half and fold it into a triangle-shaped envelope. You should get 6 tortilla envelopes. Brush them with beaten egg and sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella. 🔥 Air fry at 356°F (180°C) for 10 minutes, until golden, crispy and delicious!
