🥩🥔🥦 GARLIC BUTTER STEAK BITES FOR THE WIN! Tonight’s dinner came straight from our weekly meal-prep plan—Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Crispy Roasted Potatoes & Parmesan Roasted Broccoli. 😍 And y’all…THIS is why I plan my meals ahead! The steak bites are tender and tossed in buttery garlic goodness, the potatoes are crispy and seasoned, and that broccoli gets roasted until the edges are nice and charred with a little Parmesan sprinkled over the top. Nothing complicated. Just GOOD food! Garlic Butter Steak Bites 🥩 Sirloin steak, cut into bite-size pieces 🧄 Fresh minced garlic 🧈 Butter 🧂 Salt & cracked pepper 🌿 Fresh parsley Pat the steak dry, season well, and sear in a hot skillet for about 2–3 minutes per side. Turn the heat down, add butter and minced garlic, and toss everything together until those steak bites are coated in garlic butter. Crispy Potatoes 🥔 Baby potatoes 🫒 Olive oil 🧄 Garlic powder 🧅 Onion powder 🌶️ Smoked paprika 🧂 Salt & pepper Roast at 425°F for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. Parmesan Roasted Broccoli 🥦 Broccoli florets 🫒 Olive oil 🧄 Garlic powder 🧂 Salt & pepper 🧀 Parmesan Roast at 425°F for 12–15 minutes until tender with those crispy, charred edges. Finish with Parmesan. Then pile everything onto your plate and spoon a little of that leftover garlic butter from the steak pan right over the top. 🥩 Garlic Butter Steak Bites with Crispy Potatoes & Roasted Broccoli Serves 4 Ingredients 1½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces 1½ lbs baby potatoes, quartered 3 cups broccoli florets 4 tbsp butter 4 cloves garlic, minced 2–3 tbsp olive oil 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder ½ tsp smoked paprika Salt & cracked black pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped Directions 1. Roast the potatoes: Preheat oven to 425°F. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Spread on a baking sheet and roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through. 2. Add the broccoli: Toss broccoli with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Add it to the baking sheet during the last 12–15 minutes of cooking. Roast until tender with crispy browned edges. 3. Cook the steak: Pat steak bites dry with paper towels and season generously with salt and pepper. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with a little olive oil. Add steak in a single layer, working in batches if needed. Sear for approximately 2–3 minutes per side. 4. Make it GARLIC BUTTER! 🧄🧈 Reduce heat. Add butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook the garlic for about 30 seconds, then toss the steak bites in the melted garlic butter until they're completely coated. 5. Serve: Finish the steak with fresh parsley and cracked black pepper. Serve with those crispy roasted potatoes and broccoli—and spoon some of that extra garlic butter right over the steak. 🤤 Meal Prep Tip Divide everything between 4 containers. If you're making the steak specifically for meal prep, cook it slightly less than your preferred doneness so it doesn't overcook when reheated later. Meal prep doesn't always have to mean containers full of boring food. Sometimes it means knowing exactly what you're cooking so when dinnertime rolls around, half the battle is already won! SAVE this one for dinner this week! #TheMessySouthernHomeChef #GarlicButterSteakBites #SteakBites #SteakDinner #CapCut
