Take it from two angles, human wants are insatiable meaning is unlimited. But im Ghana our basic salary is not enough for the basic things in life. Government should consider upgrading. You cant provide all needs but the essentials must be met. Example Give teachers all teaching materials, Data for research, decent apartment and utilities with a decent pay lets say 7000 cedis for a start up. Though human will want more but with this the basic neccessities will be provided Thats why people prefer abroad. In America , they make sure u never lack the basics and they provide u with sufficient salary based on ur hours
