I concur wt Coach Steve.Gavin lane,Neil Tovey, they were not good footballers but were good commanders.in my case ,I was doing high jump at school and I was good but as soon as I move to compete with the guys from towns schools,sey were better dan me bcz they were using good facilities during practice.
