As a Xiaomi user for 7 years who just switched to the Galaxy S25, I see the comfort part differently. Years ago I enjoyed the MIUI era for changing themes, but today comfort means UX and daily workflow. HyperOS looks smooth, but basic multi-tasking is broken. For example, to drag and drop photos from the gallery into another app, you are forced to resize the target app into a floating window. On top of that, you can't even drag a single photo; you have to select at least two. And after all that hassle, it often glitches, pasting empty spaces into the text field instead of the actual files. Also, keeping the settings search bar at the very top of massive modern screens makes no sense for ergonomics. Xiaomi has great hardware, but they should focus more on making the software intuitive for daily routines rather than just polishing visual details
