At 32,500 seeds per acre, a good field might produce around 245 bushels of corn per acre. At $4.65 per bushel, that crop would be worth roughly $1,139 per acre. THE UGLY ☹️ Chapter 12 farm bankruptcies jumped 46% in 2025. Farmers can generate thousands of dollars in crops every hour and still finish the year with less money than they started with.
