Agree. I am someone who loves to nerd out over those things but I have zero desire to interact with the people I’m a fan of. I want to talk about the work, my love of the characters, and while I respect the actors who brought it to life, I don’t really care much about them. I know Shane and Ilya, not Hudson and Connor. One of the scariest moments of my life was randomly bumping into Connor in real life. Ruined the illusion a bit. I don’t want them interacting with fandom. That’s not for them. They are a part of it, but they are not their characters.

I used to see people tagging Hudson in things on Threads. It’s one of the reasons why I deleted Threads. Fandom spaces are not for the celebrity. People need to stop being weird
