Article 239 deals with the PROCEDURE FOR AMENDING THE CONSTITUTION OF PAKISTAN. Article 239(4) tells about changing provincial boundaries: for which it is necessary to be passed by the concerned provincial legislation by 2/3rd majority ; then the bill can be assent to the President.
