Dagdag ko na din ang PARKING. May sasakyan ka pero need mo bmili ng 1 parking slot na katumbas ng isa studio unit ang price or magrent monthly if hndi kaya bumili. 🤭

high end condo owner here. hindi applicable yung noise. super tahimik pag may kaya ang mga kapitbahay mo.

molds = dehumidifier fly, cockroaches and mosquitoes = hire your own pest control monthly or quarterly basis. install screens magnet something for diy installation. noise = install soundproofing to your windows and doors. elevator and maalikabok 💯 true no choice you just have to deal with it.

i have a samsung washer dryer 12kg/7kg that u can wait to go on sale kasi bumaba siya ng <40k on sale. if u dont overload it u can set the dry time to 1hr and hang it after and dry na siya after 2 or so hrs. of course u can set the dryer to auto or up to 6hrs pero di naman ako nagmamadali. hanging it for a while actually dries it na already but i just hang it inside overnight
