I just made the viral tortellini bake in a 13x9 pan a couple nights ago. I wonder how it would turn out in the crockpot. It's only 5 ingredients too. I have the recipe saved in my phone to share with others, it's a big hit with my husband.

Cowboy Hashbrown Casserole -1/2 cup beef broth -1 can rotel -12 ounce bag of frozen corn -1 onion diced up -1 packet taco seasoning -1 cup of mexican cheese -1 lb ground beef browned on stove top and excess grease drained -1 package of smoked sausage- cut up into bite size pieces 12-16oz -26 oz bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns -Add all above ingredients and stir -Top with 2 cups of pepperjack cheese -Cook on high for 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours Do not stir while cooking -Top with sour cream and cilantro
