That's the Russian capital's skyline after a massive Ukrainian drone attack blew up quite a lot of the Moscow Oil Refinery overnight. Which is a bit of a shame for Putin, because today was supposed to be his big day when his party declares victory in the least surprising parliamentary election on the planet.
