Me and my husband toured the house about 10 years ago! It was interesting. The tour guide told how Lizzy and her sister continued living together and I think she said that Lizzy died from a fall down the stairs. Then after. we went to the cemetery where they were all buried. We didnt get to stay the night though because they were all booked for that weekend. Here's my husband laying on the couch!

You could have totally heard something happening. We were in the basement and heard when people were moving upstairs. Basement is super creepy. But also my friends and I were sitting in the room off to the right of the one in the last slide. my friend on the couch, my other friend to the right off screen, and I was taking random pictures. I found this when we got home after. We were the only 3 in the room at that moment lol

I think its Emma, being 15-24miles away, she had to pretend to be away so she won’t be blamed for the murder. If its Lizzie, why would she be stupid enough to put herself in the same location of the murder. The murdered made sure not to kill her so she can be blamed for it. If not Emma, its the uncle.
