the paper signed by a judge has far more power than that computer system. the computer has been wrong several times and I have had this very thing happen to me once. I lost 120,000 a year job because of that computer system

Same bullshit happened to me. suspended in error and went to jail. Wento court, charges dropped. Filed a suit. Officer fired.

The guy has paperwork saying it’s suspended in error. Validate the damn paper. That is the only “next step” there should be. This “my machine says this” is garbage.

just based purely on the officers demeanor and attitude he needs to be taken off the road. Not only is he violating the wifes 4th amendment rights he is also making this situation significantly harder than it needed to be because of his refusal to just look at the documentation and call it in to clear everything up. This officer is probably responsible for many other constitutional rights violations that the people were unaware of because of his abuse of power
