@family.law.explained: 🚨 The 2 objections that decide custody cases (and why most people miss them) Your ex gets on the stand and lies about what your kid said. The judge believes it. You lose custody. Know why? Because you didn't object to HEARSAY. And your lawyer gets on the stand (not your kid), asking leading questions that sound like YOUR testimony. The judge isn't hearing from your child. They're hearing from your lawyer. That's LEADING, and it loses cases. These aren't technical objections for trial lawyers—they're survival tools for anyone fighting a custody case. We break down: ✓ Why hearsay is the "telephone game" loophole bad actors abuse ✓ When you CAN lead (cross-examination) vs. when you CAN'T (direct) ✓ The real-world examples of lies that win without hearsay objections If you're representing yourself or watching your lawyer work, this changes everything. Follow for the family law system breakdown no one else will give you. #FamilyLaw #nolawyer #narcissisticparent #custody #custodybattle

So what do you do when the kids say a ton of stuff and it’s like…what?! Totally believable on what you know life was like with them but how is that admissible? For instance my daughter told me her dad said women who dress a certain way are asking for it- he defends SA + unalivers. He told her (in a suggestive way) that she looked like a stripper. She did tell a friend first though. Or things like my daughter told a mandated reporter he choked her and body slammed her. His mom told me that his new wife’s mom was downstairs (his mom wasn’t there) but that was on the phone not text. Etc etc etc

kid didnt want to eat what was cooked and instead of asking for something else (which he always gets because he doesnt eat real food) he insisted he wasn't hungry (we set aside his plate) and later said he was tired and going to lay down where he proceeded to text mom that, "he is starving and we're not letting him eat" 😑

In Los Angeles courtroom the children attorney’s is controlling the entire outcome! They are lying to the court, the abusive mother and her attorney lying to the court, and the judge goes along with it despite all the evidence!
