@__hasanmoin__: Nutella Scoopable Cookie 🍪 🤎✨ Ingredients 115g unsalted butter, softened 150g brown sugar 60g granulated sugar 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla 210g all-purpose flour 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp salt Chocolate chips (as much as you want) Nutella, frozen into scoops Cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Mix in the egg and vanilla. Add the lour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until a sott cookie dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips. take out some dough, flatten it, then fill the center with the frozen nutella. Top with extra chocolate chips. chill the dough for 30 minutes then Bake at 175°C for 25-35 minutes until golden around the edges and slightly underbaked in the center.
