Yeah I'm a bonus mom that does everything but that birth mom feels like I do too much and involves myself when I'm treating the baby like my own if I'm making a boo basket she has one, Easter basket, Christmas, her own room, it's hard because I don't want to overstep but I love her like my own

I fully support a stepparent loving, helping, and caring for a child. I do not agree that a stepparent automatically needs access to the parent portal or needs to assume a parental decision-making role. There’s a difference between being supportive and overstepping parental boundaries.
