I love this! I was told I’d never go to college, that I’d die by 25, that I wasn’t smart and much more. I went to college excelled, became a director in marketing decided to change, got advanced degrees, then became a Professor at a R1 institution and am a leading expert in the field of trust networks with a focus on the troubled teen industry helping to end systemic child abuse and programs that destroy families both here in the US and across the world. Domestically a 23 billion dollar profit 100k - 220k youth affected each year kidnapped from their homes, but yes F the haters. I am alive, I thrived, I am now educating the youth and trying to change the world.

not as cool as you but I walked in late to my 7th grade ELA class and my teacher made a snide remark about it. I made a point to show up 5 minutes early from that point on…that teacher is now the principal at the school I teach at 💀😂

I was just thinking earlier today about how much spite has motivated me to continue my studies lolol currently 18 months away from being BA, JD, DCL, MCJ, LLM, otw to a SJD. And it’s all because I love writing, English, criminology, the law, okay basically the humanities in general.

I once had a PCP tell me he wouldn’t prescribe me anti anxiety meds to help with the transition of going back to school (I was 4mpp) because “being a mom should be enough” 🙃 I kid you not a got a whole degree and graduated with my associate’s with a 4.0 and as president of my class just to spite that man.
