Found another lunch spot in Gading Serpong 🍣 Tried Sushi Maru’s lunch menu and honestly, semuanya punya karakter masing-masing. The Wagyu Kabayaki Don was probably one of my favorites: dagingnya empuk banget, dengan kabayaki sauce yang rich dan manis-gurih, plus nasi Jepang yang bikin semuanya balance. For the Assorted Tempura Tendon, I was expecting it to feel pretty heavy since everything is fried, but surprisingly ga enek sama sekali. Tempuranya tetap crispy dan savory, apalagi kalau dicocol pakai wasabi + kecap asin mereka. Definitely makes it even better ⭐️⭐️⭐️ And of course, their Takara Salmon Deli Roll 🥹 Kalau kalian suka salmon belly, this one is hard to miss. Salmon-nya tebel banget, sementara nasinya ga terlalu banyak, jadi rasa salmon belly-nya bener-bener stand out.
