I love it so much! I will warn you that in the beginning it’s more of a citrusy bright smell with some herby undertones. When it dries down it smells more like lavender, hay, very powdery. The caramalized tonka bean smell does eventually come out but it’s more of a supporting smell rather than front and center. After a few hours it’s mostly lavender, woodsy, and powdery. I am very obsessed with this scent so far.

if you have a bath lush moomin bath bombs are really violet smelling also the moomin perfume from lush is lovely and floral/clean

I got mine two days ago. The scent is definitely not sweet. It’s a very herbal old Hollywood scent to me… think perfumes from the 20’s, 30’s, 40’s (very dry like the very original Chanel No 5).

To my nose it's very herbal and a little soapy but in a good way. Like a really strong chamomile tea. So far I've had it on my hand for about an hour and it hasn't faded. The violet isn't strong. I can definitely smell the bergamot and lavender. I don't have anything with Tonka to compare but there's a earthiness in there so that might be it. I think it's good if you want to smell like a strong earthy cup of chamomile tea.

i got mine and my first initial thought was it’s extremely floral and feminine. i am wearing it now and after it dries down it is very powdery and herbal. it makes me feel like im a princess wandering outside a castle at night. my boyfriend said he thinks it smells like a public bathroom though 🤣 so im not sure yet

So I also got it based off the notes and marketing and mine came today and I’m a little disappointed. I don’t hate it, it’s actually growing on me, it’s just not what I expected. One of the ads literally said like lavender creme brûlée… this is not sweet, caramelized, or creamy. It’s very dry and mostly I get hay and Heather/ lavender. The tonka is deep in the base and you only really notice it once it dries down. It adds a subtly sweet warmth

i just received mine and it’s definitely mostly violet and lavender with some hints of tonka, leather, and hay. it takes a few seconds for the alcohol to dissipate but i’m really liking it ! it’s different than any other fragrance I have. I also have heretic’s dirty violet and i will say the fern autumn 26 is more feminine and more herbaceous

I got mine today. The weather just broke here in the Midwest USA and my bottle arrived with the cool autumn weather. It's bright and citrusy at first and mellows out to a sweet floral powdery earthy fragrance. I like it! I will be keeping it.

Just try it. it comes with a sample so if you dont like it you can return it free for a full refund. they even supply the return package. I just got mine. I think it smells lovely. very much the way its described. its like stepping into a lavender field at dusk

I just opened mine a half hour ago. I would describe it as woodsy. This is the first perfume I’ve tried in YEARS. I can smell the sweet “hay” and violet, very faint lavender. I’m trying to figure it out… It is unique. I like how it isn’t too strong, and I can smell the quality, the natural herbs and scents, which I love. It’s very gender neutral which I am trying to decide is a good thing 😂

I like it! It's my first Ffern order. It's much sweeter than I expected (I personally like more green/earthy) but I'm keeping it. I get the lavender and tonka, I can't personally distinguish the violet but I'm new to fragrance and I'm not familiar with it yet. It doesn't feel like "autumn" to me as a very northern American, more summery, but given it's referring to an autumn harvest of lavender/heather in the UK I 100% get it. No idea how close you are to their shop, I wish I could go there and smell everything!

my mom surprised me with it and i ADORE IT!!! to me it smells very herbal and quite honeyed, i can definitely pick up on the hay and lavender!! it had almost a bit of a warm bread note at the very beginning, though that might have been the grain alcohol that they use. regardless its STUNNING!

Not Intimität at all. And for my 7 year old, who lives scent and always talks about how much she loves my smell, she made a terrible face. I really dislike it. Somehow too astringent and liek cleaning products I am terrible at describing scents. My first was spring 26 still love it!
