@ampollo: I started this routine to get “me time” before the day got busy, but was immediately humbled by my children 🫣😅 tbh I had a bad attitude about it at first, but this is some of what’s helped me #morningroutine #morningworkout #momof2 #postpartum #motherhood
Have you thought about getting a sleep coach to help you get the kids to sleep on a better schedule for you? I was a baby nanny for like 15 years to high profile families and they always had nightmare nurses that helped to get the kids on schedules. No crying out and stuff like that, but they looked at their day-to-day sleep schedule and activities and helped them get on a better schedule. Your kids shouldn’t be waking up that early. I mean, yeah they can and it’s not harmful but you can definitely get them on a better schedule. I also just had a baby five months ago and had one of the night nurses here for 24 hours a day. We got him on a schedule and he sleeps 7 to 7. Just a thought that you don’t need to overly adjust and you can get them on your schedule.

I’ve been following your page for a while and have always looked up to you aspiring to be in shape like you and prioritize my time throughout the day. I have birth earlier this year, but today (5 of your vids have come across my fyp) I’ve decided I’m going straight to the gym after work and truly going to start this journey of being fit. Thank you

This is great advice and I also struggle with the same thing the only issue for me is I am doing it alone no help my husband is always working away from home or leaves extremely early in the morning to commute. Zero chance of not ending up stimulated or burned out :/

Love the honesty of the struggle. Ima sleep in Mommy. lol my kids are prepped and normalized to manage their own mornings. Their breakfast choices are 1 grab what’s prepped for them or 2 wait for me. They have activity options they can do in the morning that I don’t need to hand them. When they were little I was napping in the couch and handing them busy options in the living room. They get lots of eye contact conversations and home made meals but it’s just not in the morning. It keeps me nicer and I’m more patient with them.

Thank you for this quote! Bad sleepers are so hard. It has taken lots of time for me to almost accept it and then move on with life. He will just do more things with me or beside me. Interruptions are ok.
