I never realized how classist some Indian people bc my family doesnt really gaf about class💀 A girl I worked with her dad and his family were originally from the same state my family's village is in, Gujarat. They eventually moved to Mumbai bc of his daughter (the girl) moving there and then she came to America. He was yapping about how he hates gujarati ppl and that he hates village people, that theyre unintelligent, and he brags about how his daughter speaks the upperclass language they use in Mumbai (forgot the name).
