@meghanmerrigan: #RealGoodFoodsPartner 🧡 Sweet, spicy, crispy + the easiest high-protein blue cheese dip 🤤 Perfect for game day! 🌶️🏈 Sweet & Spicy Game Day Chicken Bites with High-Protein Blue Cheese Dip Makes 5 servings Ingredients For the chicken: * 1 bag Real Good Foods Lightly Breaded Chicken Nuggets * ⅔ cup sweet chili sauce * ⅓ cup hot sauce * Fresh chives, finely chopped, for garnish For the High-Protein Blue Cheese Dip: * ½ cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt * 2 tbsp light mayonnaise * ⅓ cup blue cheese crumbles, divided * 4 tbsp low-fat milk, or as needed for desired consistency * ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce * ¼ tsp garlic powder * ¼ tsp onion powder * Black pepper, to taste * Salt, to taste Directions 1. Cook the chicken. Air fry the Real Good Foods chicken nuggets according to package directions until hot and crispy. 2. Make the blue cheese dip. Add half of the blue cheese crumbles and the light mayonnaise to a bowl. Mash them together with a fork until well incorporated (or you could blend!). 3. Add the Greek yogurt, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined. 4. Gently fold in the remaining blue cheese crumbles. Add the milk a tablespoon at a time until the dip reaches your desired consistency. Taste and add salt as needed. Set aside. 5. Make the sweet & spicy sauce. Add the sweet chili sauce and hot sauce to a sauté pan large enough to hold the cooked chicken. Warm over medium-low heat, stirring until combined and heated through. 6. Add the hot, crispy chicken to the pan and toss until evenly coated in the sweet-and-spicy sauce. 7. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with fresh chopped chives and serve immediately with the high-protein blue cheese dip and toothpicks. Make-ahead tip: If you’re not serving the chicken immediately, keep the sweet-and-spicy sauce on the side and toss just before serving—or serve it as an additional dipping sauce. This helps the breading stay crisp. If serving right away, I’d definitely toss them while they’re hot like you did. *Approximate Nutrition* Per serving — chicken + sweet & spicy sauce + ⅕ of the blue cheese dip: 331 calories | 28g protein | 28g carbs | 11g fat For the High-Protein Blue Cheese Dip alone, the full recipe comes to approximately 330 calories and 25g protein. Don’t be fooled I bought those they look nothing like what she has in her hand they’re not uniform. They’re not a good size and most of them are burnt and distorted. Sorry I had to send them back and I had a argument with them over the phone.
