my advice.. all of the above but MOST IMPORTANTLY around 3pm to back to the hotel for an hour, freshen up, take a quick power nap and make it back by 5pm. every single time my family and i go we do this. we get to the hotel exhausted, nap freshen up, grab a snack and we’re able to stay until the last person walks out the park and full of energy. we fill up water bottles, do an outfit change, relax a bit and re energize it helps so much every single time and late at night the lines are super short and the cool weather is phenomenal

Theragun! I use it every night on my feet and calves. It doesn’t take away the pain all the way but it does minimize it and my feet hurt later the next day and not as bad. Also helps with swelling
