I remember when the store expanded and there was a big event. my wife and I drove for hours to come see it, but everything was super crowded so we didn't get to do much. I bought some drinks for the ride home and before we left, Tenchou-san came up to us to check in. We told him we were happy about how busy it was, but it was too much for us. He apologized and told us to have a good day, even if it wasn't with them. I still think about that, several years on. I hope you guys have a good move.

I have always felt that the core idea of the store is very solid. The hardest part is making that work as a business. And it seems like you are doing. I really hope things continue to improve and hopefully in a few years you can take all those hard earned lessons and open more locations.

Good on you for pushing through! I had to close up shop and paying a mortgage (treating it like a business). Seems like it’s more important to payoff debt than make a profit haha which makes sense. I’m happy to see you’re are learning and pivoting. These video also helps any upcoming business owners to learn what you learned.
