@eli.getsbig: i lost the gut and i never ran once. not because running does not work — because i hate it, and a plan you hate is a plan you quit in week three. so this is the version with no running in it. three days. each one is twenty minutes of the cardio that is actually tolerable — incline walking and the bike — followed by three machines. incline is what makes walking hard, not speed. three miles an hour at eight percent will humble anyone. the gut math card is the part that does the work. a small deficit, 300 to 500 calories, never more — starving is why every previous attempt ended in a restart. eight thousand steps a day outside the sessions. thirty grams of protein every meal so the muscle stays while the fat goes. and the machines matter because cardio alone shrinks everything equally. you end up a smaller version of the same shape. the lifting is what changes what is underneath. last slide is the whole week on one screenshot. Here is the whole 3-day plan written out, so you do not have to swipe back and forth in the gym: Day 1 — Walk + push 💪 Incline walk, chest press, lat pulldown + ab crunch machine. Day 2 — Bike + legs 🦵 Stationary bike, leg press, seated row + calf raise. Day 3 — Walk + pull 🦾 Incline walk, shoulder press, seated leg curl + rear delt fly. A 300-500 calorie deficit, never more. 8,000 steps a day, outside the sessions. 30 grams of protein every meal. Lifting keeps you from becoming a smaller version of the same shape. Not medical advice. If you are on medication or have a condition, run the plan past your doctor first. Save this so you know exactly what to do on your next session — and send it to the mate who keeps saying he'll start Monday. 🫶 runner or never — which one are you? #mensfitness #machineworkout #newtogym #gymanxiety #gymtips
