@pawportunities_rescue: Papi 24 hours and a little sunshine later…  He went outside on a walk, and he has a STRUT!🥹 He now has pep in his step, his tail is up, and wagging! Theres a confidence about him that wasn’t there before. He is now CHOOSING to get on laps, stay close, and tolerate pets. He still needs a foster home.
