This is certainly not a new practice. Diesel has been blended with paraffin for years, particularly as a means of avoiding the applicable fuel taxes and levies. The real issue is that deliberately doing so to evade taxation is illegal and undermines legitimate fuel businesses that comply with the law.

We are suffering we cannot sale product from the gantry anymore. Right now we buy from refineries at 28,4061 but the market is selling at 27,7561. Where are they buying the product from. Market is flooded with blended product
