People keep telling me that I’m a “lesbian in denial” or that I should “just call myself a lesbian” because of my strong preferences for women. My attraction is split like 98/2, and that 2% is purely just sexual. That 2% still, by definition, means I’m not a lesbian. Idk why people are so afraid of being bisexual.

Bisexual hot take here? Everyone is some degree of Bisexual and all evidence to the contrary is completely social conditioning. If you're a non-asexual human you find the human body and its characteristics attractive, and the vast majority of those characteristics (read; anything other than sexual organs) are not sex specific. Unless the sum of your attraction begins and ends at the crux of the thighs, you're not exclusively attracted to one sex you're attracted to secondary charFteristics.

As a bi woman I find it so frustrating! Hiding behind the lesbian label because you’re ashamed of being attracted to men is so messed up. Not only does this harm lesbians but it fuels the stigma about bi women😭
